BUDGET
Generally, we charge "per head" so to determine your budget, please divide the amount you have budgeted for catering by your approximate number of guests. Soon, you will get a general idea of what kind of wedding reception you can afford.

RECEPTION CHOICES
If you've booked your reception site, you probably already have the type of meal decided. If not, decide quickly! Reserve that location for the time appropriate to the kind of reception you want. Dinner is most common, but brunch will cost less as would tea or a cocktail party. All of them can be as lovely as you can dream. Consider: Brunch or Breakfast, Luncheon, Tea, Cocktail Party, Dinner, or Dessert Reception possibilities.

SERVICE STYLE
Let the style of your wedding guide your decision. Formality alters the choices and the costs. Dream you dream! We will help you modify the possibilities. Options include the following: Cocktails, Passed hors d'oeuvres, Hors d'oeuvres stations, Seated Family style, American, French Russian (white glove), Buffet Formal (staff-served) ,Casual (self-serve), and Food stations (e.g. raw bar or sushi station) .

ALCOHOL
Here are some basic ways to handle it: full bar (Open or Limited hours), beer and wine only, wine with dinner, champagne toast, or specialty cocktail sdesigned for your taste or color scheme.

COURSES
Rule out courses for your menu that seem excessive but mark the ones that will find a must!
Hors d'oeuvres, Appetizer, Soup, Salad, Pasta, Entree, Dessert, or  Fruit and Cheese.

REQUIREMENTS
Consider the needs and preferences of your guests. Age and cultural factors may decide your choices.
Kosher, Halal , or Vegetarian
